Chili Cheese Sauce
Chili Cheese Sauce is a delicious and spicy sauce that is often served as an accompaniment to various dishes. It is mainly made of cheddar cheese, chili and a variety of spices. The sauce has a creamy texture and a spicy flavor created by the addition of chili. It is especially popular in American and Mexican cuisine and is often served with nachos, hot dogs, burgers or fajitas.
Some variations of chili cheese sauce may also include ingredients such as chopped onions, garlic, tomatoes or even beer. The process of making chili cheese sauce can vary, but generally the cheese is melted and then mixed with the other ingredients until a smooth sauce is formed.
Despite its spicy flavor, chili cheese sauce is also known for its rich and savory quality.
TIP:
Add a teaspoon of baking soda to the sauce before finishing preparation. This will not only make it smoother, but more importantly, it will make it noticeably creamier.

6 slices of Chester sandwich cheese
100 g cheddar
300 ml milk
40 g butter
2 tsp flour
75 g jalapeños (from a jar)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
Preparation in 5 steps
First, start by cutting the cheese into strips about the width of a thumb using a knife. Next, you should cut the jalapeños into fine cubes.
Prepare the stovetop by heating it with a pan and a little butter. After flour is added, it should be sautéed while stirring constantly.
Add milk little by little while stirring constantly. Let it boil for about a minute and keep stirring until it takes on a thick consistency.
Add cheese strips to the sauce. Stir continuously to ensure even melting of the cheese in the pot and to avoid sticking to the bottom. Continue stirring until a smooth consistency is achieved.
Add jalapeño cubes and spices. Let the sauce boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly. Finally, divide them into small bowls and serve warm.
